Clubroom Rules and Regulations

Reservations may be made up to 90 days prior to use.
All owner’s guests using the common areas are the responsibility of the owner.
Food may be provided in the clubroom and library. Avoid beverages and products that if spilled will stain the carpet or furniture.
No alcohol is permitted in the Common Areas.
No smoking is allowed.
No pets of any kind are allowed in the clubroom.
There should be no running in the clubroom.
Audio Visual equipment is there for your use.
Theater chairs should not be moved.
No one under the age 16 is allowed in the clubroom without adult supervision.
No roughhousing in the clubroom.

Pool Rules and Regulations

All guests must be accompanied by a homeowner.
Swim diapers are required for children in diapers. Swim diapers are available in the shower room.
Proper swim attire (a swim suit) is required. No cut-offs, or shorts and shirts.
No one under 16 may use the hot tub without adult supervision.
Anyone with a skin disease, cough, nasal, eye, or ear discharge or any contagious disease is not allowed in pool.
All individuals using pool must shower first.
No food or drink is allowed in pool area.
The life ring and safety hook provided are to be used for emergencies only.
No running or roughhousing in pool area.
No diving or cannon balls allowed.
No hard balls in pool (golf, basketballs, footballs, etc.).
No rafts allowed in pool.

The pool and hot tub are opened year round.

A key is required to enter the pool area. The pool has NO lifeguard. Use at your own risk. Trellis on the Green is not responsible for any injury or damage to person or property.

The lap pool temperature is maintained at the highest temperature allowed by city regulation code. Do not attempt to change it.

Do not open windows or doors. The pool room is equipped with a system that regulates the humidity at 50%. Any opening to the outdoors causes the system to become unbalanced and can result in damage to the pool room.

Fitness Rules and Regulations

Shirts and shoes are required.
Sixteen years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
No children under 10.
Re-rack weights.
No food in fitness area.
No glass containers for any beverage.
Please report any malfunction of equipment to a member of the HOA Board.
No items should be removed from fitness area.
Please wipe down equipment after use.
Turn off lights and fans after use.
If you have adjusted the heat or air conditioning settings, please follow the information on the card next to the thermostat before leaving.

Clubroom Reservations

Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubroom in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

To reserve the clubroom please follow the instructions below. Once you fill out the form you will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below before your reservation is confirmed.

To Reserve the Clubroom

To reserve the clubroom, please follow the instructions.

Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at http://trellisonthegreen.com to make a clubroom reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "Requests" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Reservation Request". Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

The clubroom in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.

Clubroom Cleaning Checklist

To get your deposit back, please fill out the cleaning checklist no later than 7 days after your reservation. To do it online, please click here. Please note that if you do not clean the clubroom after your reservation, you may be charged a $200 per hour cleaning fee.
