Rental Maintenance Requests
If you are a renter/tenant, please log into your Tenant Portal to report a maintenance issue. Inside the portal, you can submit a new maintenance request and view the status of previous requests. Our team reviews these requests Monday to Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. If you encounter an emergency, please call us directly at (801) 235-7368, and we'll respond promptly to assist you.
HOA Maintenance Requests
If you are a homeowner and need to register a maintenance request, please complete and submit the form provided below. For after-hours maintenance emergencies, please call us directly at 801-358-4879. For all other requests, we look forward to assisting you during our regular office hours.
