Clubhouse Hours and Operations:

Opens: 9:00 a.m.
Closes: 10:00 p.m.

Clubhouse / Pool Keys:

Access to the clubhouse is by electronic key fob only. One key fob is issued to each unit. Units with multiple owners or used as rental unit, should leave the key fob assigned to the unit.  If you have recently purchased a unit in the community, the seller should have passed the clubhouse key fob to the new owner. Replacement (not additional) key fobs can be obtained from Advantage Management and the replacement cost is $50.00. When a key fob is reported lost or stolen, it will be deactivated before a new one is issued. Advantage Management will send a new key fob once payment has been received.

Clubhouse Rules:

  1. The clubhouse is accessible exclusively to Ridgeview Townhomes HOA members, residents, and their accompanying guests through prior reservation through the HOA Portal. Reservations are available Monday thru Sunday from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., in three-time blocks, as follows: (Please note that clean-up is to be completed within each allotted time block.)

    1. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

    2. 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

    3. 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

  2. The clubhouse reservation covers the meeting room, restrooms and appliances inside, but the splash pad area is not available for reservations.
  3. On an exception or short-notice basis, clubhouse may be used by an owner or resident if not already reserved, but availability must be confirmed by consulting the reservation calendar on the HOA Management website or with management directly.
  4. Only HOA members can sign up on portal or use the clubhouse, and a member or resident must always be present.
  5. A maximum of two (2) reservations per month per lot/resident are allowed for the clubhouse. A $10.00 usage fee will be charged to the unit owner at the time of booking. Additionally, a $75.00 cleaning fee will apply if the clubhouse is not cleaned after use or if the cleaning checklist is not submitted within 48 hours of the reservation ending.
    1. Reservations will be first-come, first-serve, except for those Holiday/Events listed in item 5 below.
    2. No reservation request can be made more than 365 days in advance.
    3. All guests must always be accompanied by a Ridgeview owner/resident or adult immediate family member.
    4. Owners are required to clean up after their use of the amenities to keep our facility in top condition and contracted cleaning cost as low as possible. Clean-up instructions are posted in the kitchenette and restrooms. Cleaning supplies are located in the restroom closets.
  6. Reservations for major holidays or events: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, 24th of July, Labor Day, and the Super Bowl. Reservations for these dates will be determined by a first-come, first-serve basis on sign-up. No back-to-back use of the same holiday every year is permitted.
  7. The cleaning checklist must be turned in to management at hoahelp@amres.co within 48 hours from the event ending or the cleaning fee will be assessed to the unit owner. (Please note that no decorations or tape may be used on clubhouse walls – inside or outside.) **PLEASE RETURN THE CLEANING CHECKLIST WITHIN 48 HOURS** A copy of the cleaning checklist is located on the final page of this document.
  8. Owners and residents assume full responsibility for themselves and all guests – the facility is always used at your own risk. In the event of an emergency, please contact 9-1-1.

Clubhouse Reservations

Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

If you are renter, please see the communities calendar for availability. You don't need to log in to access it. Simply visit the community website and click on the "Calendar & Events" tab on the left-hand side.

To reserve the clubhouse please follow the instructions below. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below and we must receive payment before your reservation is confirmed.

There is a $10.00 usage fee for a 3 hour block of time. The time reserved includes your setup, take down, and cleaning time.

To Reserve the Clubhouse

To reserve the clubhouse, please select whether you are a Homeowner or a Renter. Please follow the instructions.

Homeowner

Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at http://portal.amres.co/?c=0RVT to make a clubhouse reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at hoahelp@amres.co.


Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "Requests" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Reservation Request". Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

Renter

For renters interested in booking the clubhouse, please CLICK HERE to access the reservation form. After submitting the form, expect a confirmation email within 24-48 business hours. In case you don't receive it, kindly contact the association at hoahelp@amres.co.

 

Remember, the clubhouse is allocated based on a first-come, first-served policy.

Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.

Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist
