Clubhouse
Clubhouse Hours and Operations:
Opens: 9:00 a.m.
Closes: 10:00 p.m.
Clubhouse Keys:
Access to the clubhouse is by electronic key fob only. One key fob is issued to each unit. Units with multiple owners or used as rental unit, should leave the key fob assigned to the unit. If you have recently purchased a unit in the community, the seller should have passed the clubhouse key fob to the new owner. Replacement (not additional) key fobs can be obtained from Advantage Management and the replacement cost is $100.00. When a key fob is reported lost or stolen, it will be deactivated before a new one is issued. Advantage Management will send a new key fob once payment has been received.

Pool and Hot Tub Hours and Rules:

Pool access will be available from daylight hours daily, starting the Saturday before Memorial Day and ending the Tuesday after Labor Day each year. If weather allows, the HOA could keep the pool open longer in September.

​The Hot Tub will be available from daylight hours and will stay open until 11pm at night year round. Quiet time at the Hot Tub will be from 9pm until 11 pm. Residents who use the Hot Tub should replace the cover after use.

All guests must be accompanied by a Mayflower Lakeside resident at all times. Overnight renters do not have access to the Clubhouse, Pickleball Courts and pool area.

Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Use of the facility and equipment is at your own risk.

Children in diapers must wear swim diapers along with plastic waterproof diaper covers when in the pool. No children under the age of 5 years are allowed in the Hot Tub.
Clubhouse and Amenity Access & Reservation Rules:

Wet individuals or pool items are not permitted in the Clubhouse.

Reservations are allowed in 4-hour increments, with a maximum of two reservations per month per home.

Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis and cannot be made more than 60 days in advance.

All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to the homeowners account for each clubhouse reservation.
Sport Court Rules:

Pickleball courts and the basketball hoop is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. There is a time limit of 2 hours per court.

Sport Court hours are from 9 am until sundown.
Swimming Pool Reservation Policy:

The swimming pool may not be reserved for private events.
The following are expressly prohibited and will result in fines:

Selling products out of the clubhouse/pool or using the clubhouse for business purposes.

Alcohol and glass bottles in the clubhouse/pool/and other common areas.
-
Smoking within 25 feet of any structure.

Animals (inside the clubhouse or pool area)
-
Puncturing holes or taping things to the walls of the clubhouse.

Bringing more than the allowed 6 guests to the pool area.
Clubhouse Reservations
Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

If you are renter, please see the communities calendar for availability. You don't need to log in to access it. Simply visit the community website and click on the "Calendar & Events" tab on the left-hand side.

To reserve the clubhouse please follow the instructions below. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below and we must receive payment before your reservation is confirmed.

We cannot guarantee exclusive use of the clubhouse, hot tub, or pool. Other residents or guests may be present in these shared areas during your reservation.

There is a $200.00 (non-refundable) cleaning fee for a 4 hour block of time. The time reserved includes your setup, take down, and cleaning time.
To Reserve the Clubhouse
To reserve the clubhouse, please select whether you are a Homeowner or a Renter. Please follow the instructions.
Homeowner
Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at portal.amres.co/?c=0MLM to make a clubhouse reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at hoahelp@amres.co.
Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "Requests" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Reservation Request". Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at hoahelp@amres.co.
The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.
Renter
For renters interested in booking the clubhouse, please CLICK HERE to access the reservation form. After submitting the form, expect a confirmation email within 24-48 business hours. In case you don't receive it, kindly contact the association at hoahelp@amres.co.
Remember, the clubhouse is allocated based on a first-come, first-served policy.
Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.
Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist
The clubhouse is cleaned twice a week. If you find anything that needs attention, please contact Advantage Management.
