The clubhouse for Edgewater at Geneva is located at 282 North 700 East.
Clubhouse Hours and Operations:
6:00 am to 10:00 pm Sunday thru Saturday
Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing. Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
You may schedule up to 4 events per month, per home address. You cannot schedule multiple events on the same day, or for sequential days. The Clubhouse and Theater Room have a maximum reservation time limit of 4 hours. This 4-hour time block includes your setup, take down, and cleaning time. Plan accordingly.

To reserve the clubhouse please follow the instructions below. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar, viewable on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below and we must receive payment before your reservation is confirmed.

Clubhouse Rental Policies
No commercial or business usage will be allowed at any time.
You will be responsible for picking up and returning the 10 “Clubhouse Event Parking” placards at the Clubhouse HOA office. You will be charged $50.00 (per placard) for any lost or unreturned parking passes.
During your event you will have exclusive access to the clubhouse kitchen, theater, and main area. The pool deck, gym, and restrooms will still be available to all residents during your event.
Multiple events are often scheduled on a given day, so please respect the 4-hour reservation time limit to ensure that other residents’ reservations are not infringed upon.
You may only reserve a 4-hour block, and exceeding your allotted time may result in a fine, up to $200.00.
Holiday reservations (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Pioneer Day, Halloween, 4th of July, Etc.) and special event days (Super Bowl, BYU-Utah football games, Etc.) will be granted on a first come first serve basis.
You may put in reservations for dates up to 90 days (about 3 months) from today’s date.
No tape or adhesive of any kind will be used on the painted surfaces in the clubhouse! Doing so will result in a fine, up to $200.00. Remove all decorations from the Clubhouse at the end of your reservation.
People found responsible for causing damage and/or failure to clean, or clean sufficiently, will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT OF EXPENSES INCURRED to repair damage, replace items, and/or hire a cleaning crew.
I understand that I am responsible for any infraction(s) of the clubhouse rules committed by myself or my guests, and that as the reserving party I am liable for all associated fines or fees.
Clubhouse Hours are 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM (Sunday – Saturday). Failure to exit the Clubhouse by the conclusion of Clubhouse hours will result in a charge of $50.00.
I agree to use the clubhouse cleaning checklist provided to me (digitally, or available in the clubhouse kitchen) to ensure that the Clubhouse is left in a clean and sanitary condition.
I agree to submit the completed clubhouse cleaning checklist to the clubhouse HOA office, or by email to email@example.com within 1 business day from the date of my event.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that I must cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays, or I may be charged a $50.00 scheduling fee.
To Reserve the Clubhouse
To reserve the clubhouse, please select whether you are a Homeowner or a Renter. Please follow the instructions.
Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at edgewateratgeneva.com to make a clubhouse reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "My Items" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Submit a Request" and then select "Reservation Request." Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at email@example.com.
The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

Remember, the clubhouse is allocated based on a first-come, first-served policy.
Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reservation, please email us at email@example.com with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.
