Welcome to Summit Ridge pool information page.

Pool Keys:

To access the pool you will need a key fob and photo ID. Only one key fob per a unit. Each resident 8 years and older will need a photo ID when at the pool.

New Homeowner

Replacement / Lost or Stolen

Replacement (not additional) key fobs can be obtained from Advantage Management and the additional cost is $75.00. When a key fob is reported lost or stolen, it will be deactivated before a new one is issued. Advantage Management will send a new key fob once payment has been received.

Please fill out the form below if you need to request a replacement electronic key fob to Summit Ridge pool. Once submitted, you will need to pay for the cost of a new or replacement electronic key fob. There is a convenience fee to use a credit card. If you are not able to make payment by credit card, please email hoahelp@amres.co for instructions on how to get a replacement key. (*Note, a new key will not be issued until payment is received.)
