Pavilion Reservations

Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The pavilion in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

If you are renter, please see the communities calendar for availability.

To reserve the pavilion please follow the instructions below. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below before your reservation is confirmed.

If you do not get a confirmation please email the association at hoahelp@amres.co.

To Reserve the Pavilion

To reserve the pavilion, please select whether you are a Homeowner or a Renter. Please follow the instructions.

Homeowners

Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at portal.amres.co/?c=0SGH to make a pavilion reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "My Items" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Submit a Request" and then select "Reservation Request." Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

The pavilion in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

Renters

If you are a renter and you would like to reserve the pavilion, please fill out the form below and submit it for processing. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email the association at hoahelp@amres.co. The pavilion in your community is available on a first come, first served basis.

By checking this box and completing a reservation request I / we / all users acknowledge the following: I understand that any parties that exceeds fifty (50) people must wear masks and practice social distancing in accordance with the Utah State Law. I agree and understand that the HOA cleans and sanitizes the facilities periodically but cannot guarantee that the facilities are 100% disease free. Therefore, Use of the facilities is at my own risk.

I understand that infractions of pavilion rules by me or my guests may result in a fine

I understand if the pavilion is not left in the proper condition when done, could result in a fine

I agree to use the cleaning checklist provided to me to make sure that the pavilion is left in a clean and sanitary condition

I understand should any damages occur during my reservation I agree to notify Advantage Management

Pavilion Cleaning Checklist

Please fill out the cleaning checklist no later than 7 days after your reservation. To do it online, please click here.

Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least one (1) day prior to the reservation date for regular dates and five (5) days in advance for Holidays.
