Legacy Village

Clubhouse

Greetings and Welcome to Legacy Village.  Our goal is for all residents and their accompanied guests to have a positive and enjoyable experience while using the beautiful Legacy Village clubhouse.  To help ensure that all residents and guest have a pleasant experience, we ask you to observe the following rules and information:

Clubhouse Hours:
Opens: 5:00 a.m.
Closes: 10:00 p.m

Clubhouse Rules and Regulations:

  • The clubhouse is for the private use of owners/residents and is available for use to owners/residents only.
  • The owner/resident must be present at all times when guests are present.
  • Guest parking is on North and East side of streets only – overflow parking an Gold Medal Drive.
  • NO SMOKING in the clubhouse, pool area, or within 25 feet of building.
  • Exercise room is for owner/residents only.
  • Clubhouse cannot be reserved for business, religious, or political purposes.
  • RESERVING CLUBHOUSE INCLUDES PATIO. Pool and Hot Tub cannot be reserved.
  • Set thermostat a few hours before use for air conditioning/heat to adjust temperature.
  • Resident is responsible for all cleanup and trash removal. Check the list on the fridge door. Damages to clubhouse, patio, or equipment, and any costs incurred in follow-up cleaning done by HOA will be invoiced and charged to resident.

Clubhouse Reservation

Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.

If you are renter, please see the communities calendar for availability.

To reserve the clubhouse please follow the instructions below. You must reserve 3 weeks in advance. Once you fill out the form you will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below and we must receive payment before your reservation is confirmed.

If you do not get a confirmation please email the association at hoahelp@amres.co.

There is a $35.00 usage fee for a 6 hour block of time. The time reserved includes your setup, take down, and cleaning time.

To Reserve the Clubhouse

To reserve the clubhouse, please select whether you are a Homeowner or a Renter. Please follow the instructions.

Homeowners will need to log into their web portal at legacyvillagehoa.com to make a clubhouse reservation request. If you have any questions about your web portal, or how to login, please reach out to our office at 801-235-7368 or email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

Once you are logged into your web portal go to the "My Items" tab located in the left sidebar. Click on "Submit a Request" and then select "Reservation Request." Fill out the form located on this page. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email us at hoahelp@amres.co.

If you are a renter and you would like to reserve the clubhouse, please fill out the form below and submit it for processing. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. If you do not get a confirmation please email the association at hoahelp@amres.co. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis.

Once you hit submit on the form, please enter in your credit card information for the refundable deposit. If you chose to use a credit card for your clubhouse deposit, the deposit amount will be preauthorized, and any usage fees (if any) will be collected as well. Please note, Credit card payments have a transaction fee. If you are not able to make payment by credit card, please email hoahelp@amres.co. Please note, using this method will not guarantee your reservation as payment has to be received to confirm your reservation.

    Pool and Hot Tub cannot be reserved and must be open for all resident use. Please turn out lights after use. By filling out the form and submitting, you hereby state that you have read and understand the conditions and terms associated with rental of the clubhouse.

    Clubhouse Cleaning Checklist

    To get your deposit back, please fill out the cleaning checklist no later than 7 days after your reservation. To do it online, please click here.

    Cancel a Reservation

    To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.
