Clubhouse

Closes: 11:00 p.m
- The clubhouse is for the enjoyment of the members of The Cottages at Homeowner’s Association.
- The clubhouse may be reserved by completing and submitting the reservation form and use fee to the Property Manager.
- Owners must be in good standing and current on all assessments and fees with HOA to reserve.
- An owner must be present at all times and responsible for the behavior of those in attendance.
- The use of the clubhouse and the adjacent areas shall not be used for any activity that would be intrusive to the neighbors.
- Smoking is not permitted within the clubhouse.
- Renters are responsible to the HOA for any loss or damage to the clubhouse, adjacent areas, furniture, fixtures, or appliances caused by themselves or their guests.
- Commercial use of the clubhouse is prohibited.
- Normal use hours may be between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Exceptions may be granted upon request for special situations.
- Any decorations must be approved by Property Manager. Nothing shall be affixed to any surface within the clubhouse, including windows, doors, walls and ceiling. The use of scotch tape or anything that leaves a sticky residue is prohibited. Candles or open flames are prohibited.
- Tables are to be covered to protect the surface from damage.
- Drinks that contain dye or food coloring are not permitted.
- After use renter agrees to do the following:
- Remove trash from area, discard in trash container.
- Wipe clean all counters.
- Clean restrooms, including sinks and toilets.
- Vacuum carpet and floors.
- Set thermostat to 65° during winter, 78° during summer.
- Turn off fireplace.
- Clean and return all folding furniture and tables to proper locations.
- Turn off overhead lights.
- Lock all doors.
- Failure to leave the clubhouse in order and cleaned will result in an assessment for the cost to clean at the rate of $25.00 per hour, such assessment being due within 10 days of notice.
- Failure to return key will result in a fee of $150.00 to cover all lock changes and key replacements.
Clubhouse Reservation
Please double check your web portal’s calendar for availability. The clubhouse in your community is available on a first come, first served basis for homeowners in good standing.
If you are renter, please see the communities calendar for availability.
To reserve the clubhouse please follow the instructions below. You will receive a confirmation email 24-48 business hrs after your request has been submitted. Once approved your event will be placed on the calendar on your web portal. Please note that just calling or emailing us to see if the date is available does not confirm your reservation. You must fill out the form below and we must receive payment before your reservation is confirmed.
If you do not get a confirmation please email the association at hoahelp@amres.co.
There is a $200.00 (refundable) deposit plus a $25.00 fee to the HOA for a 3 hour block of time. The time reserved includes your setup, take down, and cleaning time.

Bathrooms cannot be reserved and must be accessible to people using other parts of the clubhouse. By filling out the form and submitting, you hereby state that you have read and understand the conditions and terms associated with rental of the clubhouse.To get your deposit back, please fill out the cleaning checklist no later than 7 days after your reservation. Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reservation, please email us at hoahelp@amres.co with your name, property address, community name, and the date of your reservation. Please cancel at least 3 days prior to the reservation date for regular dates and 7 days in advance for Holidays.
